Founded in 2006 by Dr. Thomas B. Miller, Geriatric Consulting Group provides state-of-the-art medicine, the old-fashioned way. Our dedicated staff of physicians and nurse practitioners provide comprehensive, quality care within assisted living facilities, nursing homes and personal residences. Our unique and innovative medical practice truly supports our patients and their caretakers.

GCG clinicians are available when you need them. In most facilities, clinicans make regular visits. More or less depending on the needs of our patients. Even after-hours, nights and weekends there is a provider on call who can be quickly contacted and mobilized on-site if necessary.
GCG accepts traditional Medicare, certain HMOs and most commercial plans.
